What You'll Do:

As a Building Services Engineer with kyoob, you'll be a key player in crafting the functionality and comfort of the spaces we touch.

Your role will include:

Design Excellence - Develop intelligent building systems that optimise energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. Your designs will be the backbone of our projects, ensuring they stand out for all the right reasons.

Collaborative Innovation - Work closely in multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, designers, and project managers, to bring innovative solutions to the table. Your input will be valued and essential in creating holistic designs.

Technical Expertise - Showcase your skills in areas such as HVAC systems, lighting, power, data, plumbing, and sustainability practices. Your deep understanding of industry standards will guide us towards excellence.

Problem Solving - Dive into challenges headfirst, unravelling complexities and finding practical solutions.

What We're Looking For:

A Degree/HND/HNC – in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience – While all experience levels are welcome, some exposure to building services engineering, electrical design, HVAC design, or sustainable practices is advantageous.

Technical Application – Strong understanding of key design and engineering software should include AutoCAD, IES VE, Hevacomp, Amtech, Relux, Dailux, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.

Innovative Mindset – We value creativity and a drive to think beyond conventional solutions.

Collaborative Spirit – Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly in a team are essential.
